The seven components of the coating line mainly include: pretreatment equipment, powder spraying system, painting equipment, oven, heat source system, electric control system, hanging conveyor chain.

1)Pretreatment equipment:

Spray multi station pretreatment unit is a common equipment for surface treatment. Its principle is to use mechanical scouring to accelerate chemical reaction to complete the process of oil removal, phosphating, water washing and so on. The typical processes of spray pretreatment of steel parts are: pre degreasing, degreasing, water washing, water washing, surface conditioning, phosphating, water washing, water washing and pure water washing. Shot blasting machine can also be used for pretreatment, which is suitable for steel parts with simple structure, serious corrosion, no oil or less oil. And no water pollution.

2)Powder spraying system

The small cyclone + filter element recovery device in powder spraying is an advanced powder recovery device with fast color change. It is recommended to select imported products for the key parts of the powder spraying system, and all parts such as powder spraying room and electric mechanical elevator shall be made in China.

3)Painting equipment

For example, oil spray paint booth and water curtain paint booth can be widely used for surface coating of bicycles, automobile leaf springs and large loaders.

4)Oven

Oven is one of the important equipment in coating production line. Its temperature uniformity is an important index to ensure coating quality. The heating methods of the oven include radiation, hot air circulation and radiation + hot air circulation. According to the production program, it can be divided into single chamber and through type. The equipment forms include straight through type and bridge type. The hot air circulation oven has good thermal insulation, uniform temperature in the furnace and less heat loss. After testing, the temperature difference in the furnace is less than ± 3°c, which can meet the performance indexes of similar products in advanced countries.

5)Heat source system

Hot air circulation is a widely used heating method. It uses the principle of convection conduction to heat the oven to achieve the drying and solidification of the workpiece. The heat source can be selected according to the specific situation of users: electricity, steam, gas or fuel oil. The heat source box can be determined according to the situation of the oven: it is placed at the top, bottom and side.

6)Electric control system

The electrical control of coating and coating line includes centralized and single train control. Centralized control can use programmable logic controller (PLC) to control the host, automatically control each process according to the prepared control program, data acquisition, monitoring and alarm. Single train control is a common control mode in coating production line. Each process is controlled in a single train. The electric control box (cabinet) is set near the equipment, which has the advantages of low cost, intuitive operation and convenient maintenance.

7)Hanging conveyor chain

The suspension conveyor is the conveying system of industrial assembly line and coating line. The storage suspension conveyor is applied to the storage shelf and special-shaped street lamp alloy steel pipe coating line with L = 10-14m. The workpiece is hoisted on the special hanger (load-bearing up to 500-600kg), the entrance and exit turnout is smooth, and the turnout is opened and closed by electrical control according to the work order to meet the automatic transportation of the workpiece in each processing station, and the workpiece is stored and cooled in parallel in the strong cooling room and lower part area. The hanger identification and traction alarm shutdown device are set in the strong cooling area.
